The ‘Offer Chain’: Advising sellers with data, not guesswork

One of the most powerful elements of this launch is the Offer Chain tool. When a seller receives multiple offers, the highest price isn’t always the best choice. A high offer from a buyer in a complex, ten-link chain is often higher risk than a lower offer from a first-time buyer.

The Offer Chain feature allows agents to visualise and present the “risk profile” of an offer. By reviewing the length and stability of the prospective buyer’s chain, agents can provide truly expert advice helping sellers choose the “low-risk” path to a successful completion.

Once an offer is accepted, the offer chain that the agent has already built will be pulled through automatically to the respective progression chain, meaning the agent won’t need to rebuild the chain again from scratch.
