GetAgent launches platform to help agents monetise out-of-area leads

Estate agent referral network GetAgent has launched GetAgent Exchange, a platform aimed at helping agents generate revenue from out-of-area applicant leads.

The platform, which integrates with Reapit’s CRM, enables agents to refer vendor leads outside their service area to a network of partner agents. In return, referring agents receive 50% of the referral fee, with no upfront costs or subscription fees.

According to Colby Short, co-founder and CEO of GetAgent, the platform is designed to address a long-standing challenge for agents.

“This platform addresses a key challenge for agents facing increasing costs every year and the need to find more ways to grow revenue,” he said. “GetAgent Exchange offers a fully automated solution that allows agents to earn referral commission without having to lift a finger or pay subscription fees.”

GetAgent emphasises that the system complies with GDPR regulations, ensuring secure data handling.

Following a trial with several hundred agency branches, GetAgent Exchange is now being rolled out to Reapit customers. Plans are also in place to expand to Alto and Street.co.uk.

Short added: “Reapit is just the first CRM integration we’ve implemented, and we have big plans to add even further value for agents over the coming months.”
