Prior to setting up Property Academy, I was running a marketing agency. Companies would come to us with a problem and it was our job to produce an advertising campaign to solve it. Over time, I came to realise that marketing was important, but only part of the solution. Often, there were other factors involved; sub-optimal sales processes, poor systems, flaws with the product or business model, people issues or all the above! I set up Property Academy to help business owners address these issues by developing their leadership skills.
