PropertyBox has announced a new integration with Reapit, in a move designed to simplify one of the most time-sensitive parts of the agency workflow: getting a property from instruction to market quickly, accurately and with the right marketing assets in place.
The integration connects Reapit Agency Cloud with PropertyBox, allowing agents to launch PropertyBox directly from a Reapit property record, pull key property information through automatically, and then return finished marketing assets back into the same record once ready.
For agents and branch teams, the change is intended to remove a familiar source of friction. Instead of re-entering information, switching between systems or manually uploading assets, the process becomes far more connected.
That matters in a market where speed to listing, consistency of presentation and operational efficiency all carry growing weight.
PropertyBox, which is now used by more than 4,000 estate agency branches, said the new integration reflects increasing demand from agents for technology that fits more naturally into the systems they already use, rather than adding more disconnected steps to the working day.
The integration allows users to open a Reapit property record and launch PropertyBox with core details such as address, property type and bedrooms already in place. Once marketing content has been created, including photography, floor plans, 360 tours and portal campaign links, those assets can then be sent back into Reapit without the need for manual handling.
Order tracking is also fed back into Reapit, giving teams greater visibility over progress without needing to leave the platform.
Matt Gates, CTO and Co-Founder at PropertyBox, said:
“Agents are juggling speed, service and presentation all at once, and too much of the listing process still involves unnecessary admin. This integration is about removing some of that friction.
By linking PropertyBox and Reapit more closely, we are making it easier for agents to get properties market-ready without repeating tasks or moving between systems. It is a practical improvement, but one that can make a real difference to how quickly and smoothly teams are able to work.”
The announcement is the latest sign of a wider shift in the agency technology market, as suppliers focus more heavily on integration, workflow efficiency and reducing operational drag for branch teams.
Rather than asking agents to adapt to yet another platform in isolation, the emphasis is increasingly on making established tools work better together.
For PropertyBox, whose proposition is built around bringing property marketing tools and services into one place, the Reapit integration is a natural step in that direction .
While the launch has a clear operational benefit, it also speaks to a broader commercial pressure in the sector. Agents need to get listings live quickly, present them well, and do so without creating extra admin for already stretched teams. Technology that can shorten that journey without compromising quality is likely to attract close attention.
In that sense, the significance of the integration is not simply that two platforms now connect. It is that one of the most practical pain points in the listing process has been addressed in a way that fits how agents actually work.
