One Utility Bill Announces New Changes to its Notify service for 2025

At One Utility Bill, we’re always striving to reward our Notify users and improve their experience.

As part of our commitment to their success, we’re delighted to announce the first in a series of new features designed to improve the experience of letting agents and tenants.

Improved Commissions

Firstly, we’re excited to share a significant increase to the standard Notify commission structure. This increase will take effect from 1st January 2025 to 31st December 2025.

New feature release

Alongside the enhanced commissions, we’re also rolling out the first of several planned improvements to Notify: the Care of feature.

When acting on behalf of the landlord, you can now easily add ‘Care of’ information to the liable party details form when creating a vacancy. This new process includes a simple tick box directing users to a form for adding care of details.

Here’s how it helps:

  • Accurate Billing: Ensures bills are sent to the correct address and addressed to the right person.
  • Improved Efficiency: Simplifies how users submit care of details, reducing admin time even more.
  • Better Experience: Minimizes billing issues, improving the overall Notify user experience.

Notify+

Notify+ is our new exclusive partner programme that enables agents to earn even higher commissions from their tenant move ins. On top of all the great benefits of using Notify, Notify+ members receive a bespoke commission plan as well training and support materials to help boost their revenue even further.

Your Partnership, Rewarded

These updates are part of our commitment to enhancing the experience and maximising the value Notify brings to our partners and their tenants.
