Fee Payable on day one when the candidate starts.
Based on a fixed, basic salary (including car allowance, excludes commission).

£999 + VAT
for salaries at or under £24,999

Become a member of ICG Collective
9% + VAT for salaries at or above £25,000
+ Many other free benefits including online mentoring classes, and being amongst the elite in estate agency

15% Fee

Fee Payable over a 6 month period after the candidate starts.
Based on a fixed, basic salary (including car allowance, excludes commission).
