ICG founder member Agency Mentors have come together with The Able Agent to deliver a subscription-based offering, allowing the Ryder & Dutton team to benefit from bi-monthly Zoom training sessions, whilst also preparing them for the RoPA qualifications which all agents are going to need to take to continue to operate in our industry.

Problem the client had

Being a major player in their local markets, Ryder & Dutton have a policy of always looking to improve and better their offering to the client. Going through a tumultuous 6 months, as we all did, did not deter them from exploring the avenues to further improve their offering, but like most of us, with restrictions on movement and the inability to have trainers working within their business this proved a problem.

They approached Agency Mentors and The Able Agent who started working on a solution to enable them to meet their requirements almost immediately, and they are now well into their 2020/21 schedule.

Solution offered

With a proactive approach to training and compliance Ryder & Dutton and their 24 strong office network were looking for an easy and efficient way to get their people through what is compliantly required for RoPA, whilst also taking the opportunity to keep their people ahead of the game and with that competitive edge over and above the competition.

With the Ryder & Dutton network spread over two counties and often in rural areas, the utilisation of digital training has enabled them to allow all the team to engage and benefit from the collaboration of the two ICG members.

Results

The result is that the whole Ryder & Dutton team are now well into their RoPA learning schedule, while also benefiting from a training schedule that keeps their Management team, Valuers and Negotiators ahead of the curve with all of the latest business winning strategies and techniques. Bi-Monthly hour long Zoom sessions with industry experts are proving extremely popular, with all concerned interacting and contributing to the benefit of each branch and its results.
