Reapit sent the first message through SMS Speedway at 2002-05-29 16:08:54. We’ve never looked back since then and have revolutionised the property market together.

The Problem

Communication drives transactions. In our collaboration with Reapit, we provide communication that is easily readable and provides the correct information at the right times.Reapit clients need the ability to contact multiple people for a variety of different reasons. This communication needs the efficiency of automation and the flexibility of manual, ad-hoc personal engagement. We enable that ability from within the Reapit service.

The Solution

Reapit provides powerful CRM software to the property market. The Reapit solution is highly flexible, customisable and adaptable to suit any estate agency regardless of size or organisational structure. The SMS Speedway service is likewise adaptable to organisations of any size or structure, from single branch agencies to group holdings with multiple brands and branch ownership.

Appointment attendance is directly linked to sales success. Reapit’s powerful diary feature is complemented by SMS Speedway’s appointment confirmation and reminder service. These messages are fully automated, driven by diary entries and subsequent updates. These messages can be customised through modifying Reapit’s message templates, enabling high effective, personalised communication.

While appointment confirmations are sent immediately, Appointment Reminders are scheduled to be sent at a suitable time prior to the appointment. The timing of reminders is customisable, with best practise defaults to begin with. Two decades of experience has taught us that for morning appointments, the best time for a reminder to be sent is the evening before the appointment. By contrast, afternoon and evening appointment reminders are most effective when they are sent the morning of the appointment.

These timings maximise attendance by reducing the likelihood of the recipient forgetting or needing to cancel the appointment.

While appointment confirmations and reminders are automated, the adhoc message feature provides hand typed, instant messaging features from within the Reapit environment. Communication is most effective when it is two-way. SMS Speedway not only provides the ability for a recipient to respond to a message, it has a rich set of options for how replies should be handled. Replies can go directly to the person who sent them, enabling direct, two-way communication. A shared email address can be included as a CC to responses. This enables colleagues to see and respond to the reply.
