Our clients Duncan Yeardley are a fast moving Berkshire based Agency who are expanding at a huge rate of knots.

They wanted to ensure that they got the very best people to compliment their existing team, and as Agency Mentors had been involved in training their existing team members, our sister company Crux Careers were well-positioned to identify the right people.

Problem that the client had

Most recruitment companies just trawl job boards searching for people who are looking for a change. These are not necessarily the best people to engage, as most people who are good or great at their job are rarely looking for a change, and are handed more senior roles with the business they are currently working in. Nick Thring, the MD at Duncan Yeardley tasked us with identifying some of the very best people in the industry to fill his roles.

Solution offered

With our excellent team of specialised recruiters, we went about searching for people who we thought could fill the roles in question. We did this without attempting to unsettle team members from our existing client data base as this would have been both unethical and counter productive for the business. But with new Artificial Intelligence, and the thousands of contacts we have via Linkedin and other Social media sites, we were able to entice people into roles where they could see a career path which guaranteed success working with a forward thinking, driven team.
