NPTN connects estate agents, lenders, law firms, brokers, tech providers and the customer through one, secure, smart data network. Structured information flows with the transaction – reducing duplication, delays and blind spots. Alignment with standardised frameworks and associations – OPDA, PDTF, EIDAS, HMLR, and Project 28.

About LMS.

NPTN was created by LMS, the largest provider of conveyancing services in the UK. For over 30 years, we have been building upon our network of lenders, law firms, brokers, estate agents, and introducers.

The early learnings from our industry-first pilot, which launched in September 2024, proved to positively impact the conveyancing journey. Our findings also solidified the importance of an open-loop network, so this is why we created National Property Transaction Network (NPTN).

Copilot said: With the launch of NPTN in April 2026, in partnership with Connells Group and Lloyds Banking Group, early results are already demonstrating measurable improvements in time to exchange and reductions in fall-through rates.

Across a 2,000 consumer pilot, a fully connected chain powered by upfront information reduced fall-throughs by 43% and accelerated time to exchange by 35%. Less duplication. Less chasing. Greater transparency from start to finish.
