Acaboom and MRI Sales & Lettings integration – ‘the missing piece of the puzzle’

Acaboom, the industry’s leading market appraisal solution, has integrated with the MRI Sales & Lettings CRM application, forming a powerful partnership from which mutual clients are already reaping the benefits. 

The Problem 

The estate agency sector relies on agents having up-to-date information and the right tools at their disposal. Both Sales & Lettings and Acaboom offer innovative technologies that help improve the process for agents but, without an integration, agents were tasked with manually keying and moving information from their MRI platform into Acaboom.

Whilst this was a workable solution for many, the integration removes two key areas of contention for any agency – burdensome manual processes and inaccurate information entered in error. 

The Solution

For agents, a great first impression and a lasting relationship is fundamental to success. Acaboom integrating with Sales & Lettings is a key selling point for time-pressed agents who need to know that their most used tools are connected together. By offering an integration, we can now ensure that vital tools, such as a Pre-Valuation report, are sent in seconds to a vendor, using the existing information retained from the MRI product.

The integration means:

Market appraisal details, booked in Sales & Lettings, are automatically sent to Acaboom (saving the user from dual entry of client/property data) resulting in: 

  • The Pre-Valuation Report is sent automatically to the client
  • A main presentation is automatically created in Acaboom, ready for the valuer to quickly add/choose comparable and property/market data – this interactive presentation is then available to use on a tablet with the client, and forms part of the valuers’ marketing proposal sent afterwards 
  • Activities such as client presentation views, changes to comparable properties, and other similar market changes affecting the client, are imported into the Sales & Lettings solution automatically

Results

As well as decreasing the time spent preparing for a valuation, agents are also able to benefit from the two-way flow of information, whereby market changes, client views of documents sent and all information saved in notes are fed back into the Sales & Lettings dashboards.
