With this collaboration, Reapit customers can offer remote viewings to their customers on ALL their properties. While the online viewings work best with 360-degree photography, FocalAgent can also use existing images and floor plans to create Smart Viewing virtual tours. FocalAgent’s tech therefore allows agents to offer virtual ‘accompanied’ tours of properties without having to revisit the properties.
Physical viewings remain a key part of selling and renting properties but should be a more targeted service when you know someone is interested.

How simple is it?
- An applicant contacts the Agent and asks to view a property
- Agent books in an online remote viewing (either there and then or at a convenient time)
- Agent shows the applicant round remotely and gets to qualify them during that process
- If they are still interested in the property, a physical viewing is arranged
- If they are not interested, the Agent can show them other properties there and then
- Agent can show their vendors and landlords good levels of viewing activity – without having to bother them about cleaning up every time someone wants to look round
Results
As well as saving time & money by reducing the number of wasted physical viewings, it also offers a much better customer experience to applicants keen to see more properties in real time rather than having to wait for an appointment in a few days’ time. Win-win-win!
